Issue/Rationale

Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a. Agreement for Architectural Services. Contract Period is August 21, 2009 through August 20, 2010. This is the final renewal.

b. Motor Oil & Transmission Fluid Bid #08-TR-84. Contract Period is September 18, 2009 through September 16, 2010. This is the second renewal.

c. Tree Trimming and Removal County-Wide Bid #09-MA-293. Contract Period is September 18, 2009 through September 16, 2010. This is the first renewal.

d. Materials for Roofing of Shingled Roofs Bid #09-F-296. Relinquish Contract. The shingle manufacturer has increased their pricing due to production demand. See attached letter. Request for Quote shall be created for all roofing products in the future.
